A picture painted out of final words
has led the bridge between us to connect
And gathering the broken mosaic
we have pieced together what we missed…

The days of long passed carried
beneath those words that were
left behind by a broken boy
The same one that lifted us out of
poverty and let us live our own lives

The days that are ahead
don’t seem so scary anymore
now that we have come to a resolve
And through the storm
we can now see
from the other side
and rekindle our love

We join as one and sing together
to celebrate what life is worth even
when you can’t see it!

Afflicted and stained by
the curse of the moon,
Its spies will stare
until there is nothing left
Even now that
the resolve has gone by
How long will that candle light burn?

Forever will that candle light burn!
